Our mission is to give providers access to over 800 allergens, allowing patch testing to go beyond standardized panels and deliver customized patient-centered care. We focus on improving clinical outcomes with innovative diagnostic tools, flexibility, and expertise because patients deserve a diagnosis.

Christine Coopman
Christine Coopman is the passionate Pharmacist at SmartPractice Allergen Bank pharmacy since 2013. Upon graduation from South Dakota State University, Christine began her career as a Pharmacist and has continued to expand her experience and knowledge in the field of Pharmaceutical Compounding. Her extensive background in compounding labs includes researching new combinations as well as providing technical and compounding information to both staff and practitioners. Christine's expertise and helpful attitude make her a vital part of the SmartPractice Allergen Bank team.
Christine lives in Glendale, AZ with her husband. She enjoys outdoor activities, hosting special occasions, and baking for family and friends.
Holly Longstreth
Holly Longstreth is an incredibly knowledgeable Pharmacist at SmartPractice Allergen Bank pharmacy. Holly graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University Glendale. She has experience in both community and compounding pharmacy. Since joining SmartPractice Allergen Bank pharmacy in 2015 she has enjoyed specializing in the preparation and development of contact dermatitis diagnosis tools. Some of the aspects of pharmacy she finds most rewarding are educating and collaborating with patients and practitioners.
Holly lives in Peoria with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets. Hobbies include off-road sports, water sports and travel.
Olajuyi (Juyi) Ojo
Olajuyi (Juyi) Ojo is an exceptional Pharmacist at SmartPractice Allergen Bank pharmacy with several years of experience. Juyi graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University Glendale. Juyi started her career as a retail pharmacist helping patients and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy. She has an excellent reputation for resolving problems in a detail-oriented process for organizational success.
Juyi lives in Glendale, AZ with her husband and two children. She is actively engaged with her church community and enjoys traveling.
Madelyn (Maddy) De Leon
Madelyn (Maddy) De Leon is an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician at SmartPractice Allergen Bank pharmacy. Maddy was a Medical Assistant for 5 years and graduated from Carrington College.
Maddy lives in Phoenix, AZ. She loves spending time with her son and family. She also enjoys hiking and soccer.
Doll Ali
Doll Ali is a helpful Certified Pharmacy Technician at SmartPractice Allergen Bank pharmacy with retail experience. Doll was a medication technician for assisted living homes previously.

Becky Dutcher
Becky Dutcher is an experienced pharmacist at SmartPractice Allergen Bank Pharmacy. Becky graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 1995. The bulk of her career has been spent working in clinical based retail pharmacy where she enjoys collaborating with practitioners to improve patient care. Becky sees herself as an essential partner on the Patient Care team.
Becky lives in North Phoenix, Arizona. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, walking her dog and doing jigsaw puzzles.
Sarah Eldridge
Sarah Eldridge is a new Pharmacy Technician at SmartPractice Allergen Bank Pharmacy and graduated from Scottsdale Community College.
Sarah lives in Phoenix, AZ. She enjoys creating art in various mediums, home improvement projects, and spending time with her husband, two children, and dog.
